All commissions follow these terms unless specified.

From here on, everything will be phrased as I (megagaytm) and you (the client).

I retain the right to decline any commission, for any reason.

I will contact you via your preferred method if I accept your commission.

Upon receiving payment I will assume you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

By agreeing to these terms you agree that my ToS (this text) supersedes any ToS you may have.

Payment will be through Paypal only.

You must be 18+ to purchase NSFW commissions.

Payment will be taken after initial sketch; however for larger commissions ($100+ USD) payment plans can be discussed and arranged.

Payments should be made within 48 hours of being accepted/invoiced, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment will be through USD only, if you live somewhere outside the US it is expected of you to do the monetary conversions so that the prices match up.

Prices listed on my price sheet are base price only and can be subject to increase for any reason I see fit. I will always notify you of why you’re receiving extra charges, and they will be itemized on the invoice.

There is no bartering, haggling, free “for exposure” work. The quote received is final and will not be subject to change for any reason.

I, the artist, will hold the full copyright to the work unless otherwise agreed upon. You have the right to repost the work to your own sites as long as I am credited. Repost only lower resolution version in public galleries. The commissioner can use the artwork created by me as a reference for other artworks.

I, the artist, have the full right to use the commissioned artwork to promote my art galleries, commission openings and other things.

I have the right to post the artwork to my gallery should I so desire;

however there is a possibility of private commissions in which case we both agree not to post the artwork online. However this does not mean you are the copyright holder. If you decide to publish the private artwork yourself, I will also have the right to publish the work, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Private commissions cost +50% of the original price.

If you wish to purchase the whole copyright, please contact me and it can be discussed.

Under no circumstances, ever should my art be used for NFT's or AI training (I will not sell rights to a piece if this is the outcome)

If foul play is discovered and copyright has been purchased under false pretenses, legal action will be taken.

Sketches do not have WIP (work in progress) stages shown. For all other commission types you can opt in for WIP stages to be shown. Please note that if you opt out of WIPs, I will not go back and edit the piece, unless I have made an obvious mistake, so please ask for WIPs if you have something specific in mind!

Finished artworks will offer no big revisions, but I will fix mistakes if I made any.

If you approve sketch/lineart/coloring I will not be going back to make any revisions, so pay attention to what you approve!

Excessive edits might be subject to extra charge.

If your reference is inaccurate, out of date or otherwise unclear, edits might be subject to extra charges. Please supply me with your best references and let me know about important details on your character!

I do not give deadlines for my work, though one may be discussed if you need the piece completed on a certain timeframe.

If i feel i cannot complete the art on the timeframe you have in mind, i will decline your commission.

If you need to cancel the commission you will be refunded what you initially paid minus compensation for work already done.

You will get the unfinished artwork finished to the latest stage (ie. if you ask for a refund when I’m in progress of inking, I will ink the artwork and not leave the inking unfinished).

I will not fully refund already finished works nor works that are roughly 90% complete.

If I, the artist, have to cancel the commission for whatever reason you will be refunded the full price, regardless of the stage the commission was at. You do not automatically get the WIP artwork, but you can ask to purchase it for less than full commission price.

I may reuse rejected/cancelled commission sketches for YCH (“Your Character Here”) commissions or personal projects, edited and finished to not resemble your characters.

If you want to modify my artwork in any significant way (e.g. coloring lineart commissioned by me) please contact me for permission.

The client can resize and crop the finished artwork for icons, forum signatures, and do minor alterations (for example making the picture grayscale) for these avatars/signatures/etc, but the original artwork should not be modified without my permission.

Profiting from my artwork is prohibited, unless you wish to purchase the copyright.
